The course is a challenging course with a mixture of different types of terrain.
The first 1.5k is uphill with a mix of road and track, this then opens into the mountain terrain of 1k.
The course then enters the forestry with some beautiful trails, combined with ascents and declines.
Depending on the 10k or half, you may have slightly different terrain.
The return then is back onto the mountain terrain again.

ARE HEADPHONES ALLOWED?
It is recommended not to use them, so marshals instructions can be heard

WHAT TYPE OF FOOTWEAR AND CLOTHING SHOULD I WEAR?
The course heads up into the mix of terrain above, so we’d the ground underfoot, being soft and it

Footwear we recommend is runners or trail runners (if you have a pair).
Clothing a light running jacket and shorts will suffice.
